An ideal foot bed
shall have all the following functions:
- Material of pad:
- Excellent perspiration
and moisture absorbing ability.
- Excellent ventilation.
- Odor eliminating ability
such as absorption of Nitrogen element, e.g. Lactate.
- Anti-fungus,
Anti-bacteria ability.
- Excellent permeability.
- Excellent elasticity,
compression set and shock absorption
- Not easy to undergo
deformation or be thinned after long usage.
- Material of Covered:
- Excellent perspiration
ability
- Non-slippery
- Hardness of foot bed:
Head hardness for foot bed
shall be between 20-35(Asker type C) subject to applicable
purposes.(20-25 for leather shoes and casual shoes, 30-35 for sport
shoes) Low hardness or too soft may cause injury.
It is imperative one choose
proper foot bed to assure health and comfort of feet, which are basis
of bodily health.
